After my first visit here I was really happy I chose the place. After going back a few times, I've decided that I will not be giving them my business anymore. Please note that I am not a senior citizen like most of their clientele. I'll start by agreeing with some other reviews that the employees behind the front desk and back billing portion of the desk are rude and unpleasant to deal with. First big problem is that the employee who gave me my most recent eye exam was obviously getting very frustrated with me. She was very impatient. Breathing heavily and sighing and moving too quickly. I explained to her up front that I had really bad floaters and this wasn't going to be a quick and easy process. At a certain point she just started flipping the lenses back and forth extremely fast and I just started guessing my choice and I'm want sure if correct. In order to save $200, I took my prescription and ordered some glasses online. And wouldn't you know, that prescription doesn't work. I can't see correctly out of it and it makes me incredibly nauseous. I tried wearing them for an entire week to get used to them and it was miserable. My next major problem is that I was asked if I had changed my insurance. Not vision insurance or medical insurance, just insurance. So as it being a vision center I assumed they meant my vision insurance. They didn't. And it had changed to a different medical provider which they did not accept. I didn't find out they didn't accept that till after my last exam was over. I had only visited to get an eye exam to get new glasses as well as a contact lens exam (they told me they didn't have time to give me the contact lens exam after I'd gotten my glasses exam). But since I do have some extra issues with my eyes, the doctor said they wanted me to get a bunch of other procedures done. I listened to the expert of course. A few weeks later I received a massive bill for all the extra procedures.

Referred to office by my son's pediatrician. Made an appointment that was month's in advance. Arrive to the appointment just for them to tell me that the appointment was made with a doctor that doesn't see children, as if I had control over that! Think they were accommodating? Nope! Lady at the front desk wasn't helpful at all. Not considering people's time taken off from work or school, at all. I'd look elsewhere.

For some reason the eye physician could provide a glasses but not contact prescription which is literally the only reason I am diligent about my annual exam because eye dilation requires a whole day of missed work. I have been wearing eye contacts for 25 years and never had this issue. Came home and literally paid twenty bucks to have an online exam done by a robot to be able to reorder my requisite contacts. I also know this is in direct opposition to the FTC contact lens rule, nevermind poor patient care and customer service. I only used this establishment because it was the only in-network ophthalmologist for my vision insurance and I am at high risk of retinal detachment so need a formal medical evaluation for proper healthcare maintenance. Will be paying out of network from now on!
