I know that doctor's offices are supposed to have a wait time, it is like a cliche or something. But when the staff tells you to their face that patients ALWAYS have to wait 2 to 3 hours to see the doctor? They tell you to your face that they over book and that EVERY TIME you come to the office that is going to happen to you.
I don't know about anyone else, but I work. It was a huge waste of time sitting there all day to then get what I consider a rushed appointment. Oh, but I may never get billed for it, wait a minute, so maybe it is a good trade off??
I called to make the appointment, I was not in the system? But I've been there many times previously? Oh, they found me! Wait, what do you mean my insurance is no good? Oh, wait you are looking at someone with a different birth date? And a different name? I thought you found me?
I suppose I should have been nervous, but I guess I am a trusting soul. I actually spoke to Katya who told me it was ok. Until I actually showed up and then they said they couldn't find my chart? It was the IT department's fault. Except they aren't on site and someone lost their phone number? I kid you not....
I am currently downloading a list of other eye doctors that are in network for my insurance. Honestly I am surprised I had patience this long. They are really the most unprofessional office I ever had the displeasure of dealing with

2.5 hours from start to finish. They didn't even look that busy. Stay way. People are not kidding. I went in at 4 pm and walked out at 6:30 PM!
If you like your time wasted, this is the place!
