My experience felt bespoke! The staff was super welcoming, and best of all they were able to work with my insurance provider. My exam was thorough and Dr. Gonzales was super cool about explaining the changes in my vision without explicitly calling me old 🤭 And my favorite part was playing around with all the cool frame options. I highly recommend just walking in for the experience.

It is apparent that Dr. Gonzalez exhibits meticulous attention to detail in his professional conduct. The practices of Dr. Gonzalez are helpful and caring, creating a positive atmosphere. This empathetic approach extends seamlessly to the members of his staff, as well. The team's ability to work together is a testament to his leadership and example. It is a wonderful experience to witness such dedication to patient care.

Very friendly staff. Detailed walkthrough of the results from the various tests they performed. I never felt rushed or pressured to buy something. The open style in which the place is laid out was new to me, but gave me a VIP feeling. I had to wait a few weeks for an open appointment, but it was worth the wait.

My daughter has been going here for a while and raved about this store. Such a nice eyewear store, a wonderful selection of high end and designer glass frames. The staff were very helpful and patient and worked with me to help find the best choice of frames as well as lenses to meet my needs.

Dr. Chiranand and her staff were outstanding. She took the time to thoroughly educate me on my eye anatomy, carefully review my eye health, and determine whether I was a good candidate for EVO ICL. This was by far the best experience I’ve ever had at an optical clinic.

Been coming to this place for years, had a pair of Dita Flight 006 turned into eyeglasses, as well as a pair of Oliver Peoples Round glasses. They’ve turned out spectacularly and they’ve always been very helpful and attentive to my needs. Got some nice tints on the OPs and everything went perfectly! Exceptional work, I HIGHLY recommend Eye Pieces for your adventurous optical needs!!!

I was there last week. I paid 252 dollars for a doctor's visit+ eye medicine that they didn't even ask me if I wanted them. They did not explain that one of the medicines is a steroid that we definitely can be without. We walked out with expired steroid eye drop that I used on my child for days. The least they should have done is refunding the entire amount 252, not just the price of the eye drop. They seem to be careless about other eye peoples' eyes and they only care about the money.

I love this office! The doctors are super knowledgeable and the front desk is always helpful and friendly. They are so worth it!! Best optometrist office in DFW. Also should out to Ashley at the front desk, she is always amazing and always makes my day!!!

I just came from a lovely visit with Eye Pieces, Dr. Jessica Vincenzi at The Shops of Legacy. Although I have been a patient there for a while, this was my 2nd visit with her & she is wonderful!! Her exams are thorough and she was very explanatory for me to understand the reason I was there. The office staff are very professional and pleasant and she is a delightful human being. I’d recommend her to anyone!

I had an incredible experience at Eye Pieces! Dr. Gonzalez and Ashley went above and beyond, not only did they thoroughly explain how the eye works and walk me through every part of the exam, but they also patiently taught me how to put in and take out contact lenses. They made what felt intimidating at first so easy and comfortable. I truly felt taken care of and supported the entire time. Highly recommend!

Dr. Jaime Gonzalez is a FRAUD!! Went back to this location after Covid and still received the same treatment. Over booked and waited past my entire appointment time to be called back. He sold us a FAKE bottle of Oasis eye lubrication drops that was sold specifically as " medication preservative free" for $27 this bottle was falsely sold with incorrect labeling and a STICKER labeled on the front packaged as "medication "!!!! I went to 3 different eye doctors and they all told me the box is fake, falsely labeled, and basic lubricant that is not even preservative free! The active ingredient is Glycerin nothing more. My Dr. Associates called him unethical and advised me to report him to the state! Then he sold us another overpriced bottle of prednisone that could "only be bought in his store and not written out as a prescription" another lie according to other eye doctors. When I even asked him about the difference in pill form and active ingredients in all the boxes and drops , he simply walked away and left the shrugging shoulders to his staff. I don't know?!! Is what they said and assured us that only he has the medication in his store. I even found this medication available on Amazon and other places preservative free. Lied right to my face.and walked off. This doesn't even match the over priced frames that been there for years. They quoted my husbands lenses with insurance $ 1000 additional out of pocket! Using his lab just for lenses. Anywhere else is $130-$300 with insurance for all the bells and whistles. BEWARE OF THIS PLACE . DR JAIME GONZALEZ IS A FRAUD AND SCAMMER!!!

It’s always Dr Gonzales is the best eye doctor around! You’re confident level will rise knowing that you were dealing with a doctor that is very knowledgeable in his field and he makes a difference for you but not only that he also makes a difference for your eyes!
