Patients are treated like a herd of livestock. We are told it is a 1 to 3 hour wait, with an appointment! We've been waiting in the main waiting area for 1 hour and 45 minutes and still have not seen the doctor. Just because the majority of the patients are seniors does not mean their time is not valuable. Patients are just a herd of livestock being herded through! So sad, it is totally about money and not the patients. This is not acceptable. **Thank you for your response. We normally drive from Fresno to the Eye Q Vision in Selma, there is rarely a wait, and if there is a wait it is normally 10 or 15 minutes, not 2 or 3 hours. But most of all, the staff in Selma is extremely kind!! Patients are treated with courtesy and compassion. We aren't sitting in a packed waiting room being almost assaulted by multiple staff "screaming" out patient names. The environment in the Fresno office is stressful to say the least. Stacking 4 and 5 patients for 1 appointment time shows no regard for the patients. You might want to take a second look at you patient handling in the Fresno office. Again, thank you.

Long wait and they told me to always expect at least an hour to an hour and a half wait anytime I come. I feel this is rude and unacceptable. I was actually impressed the first four times I came here that they got me in and out in such a timely manner that I bragged about it. However after being told this and having to ask to reschedule or be seen quickly because I had other appointments for the day. They did get me in however, I was late to my next appointment. For me personally, I feel this is rude to schedule an appointment for somebody ask them to come at 3:10. My appointment with the actual doctor was at 3:25 (according to the check-in screen). I am always at least 10 minutes early so I got there at and things went as always they were prompt saw me fairly for the first few steps, but then I didn’t actually See the doctor 4 PM and this was only because I told them I had to either see him or reschedule. They put me in front of about four people to get me in and then I ran late to my next appointment because of this rude scheduling situation. I really like the doctor however, this definitely has me questioning the way they schedule and value people. I was so far behind and stressed about being late to my next appointment that I didn’t have any time to ask the doctor any questions that I may have had, nor did I have time to put my on my contact back in or make another appointment. Seeming I have a career that runs by a schedule I just feel like this is inappropriate and rude.

I had a good experience with my appointment at EYE-Q - Fresno. Minimal wait time, used the kiosk to check in, friendly staff. The specialist I saw and the accompanying staff person were professional, good with communicating and listening, and were clear with the recommended next steps. Appreciate them.
