Update: Dr. Kim and the staff helped with a restyling, and the new glasses work much better. -------------------- The doctor and the staff are all very friendly and patient. However, the overall experience is a bit disappointing. Had the eyes examined and ordered a pair of glasses 4 months ago. I have re-visited at least 5 times to adjust the frame, but it never worked well -- keep sliding off or hurt ears or other issues. So after all the cost and time I spent, I am still wearing my old glasses. As a comparison, I got satisfactory glasses with 0 or at most 1 adjustment for all my old ones.

I became Dr. Kim's patient after Dr. Clark transferred his practice, and really happy I stayed. Dr. Kim is very attentive, thoughtful and caring, patiently answers all the questions and addresses concerns. I also appreciate that she invested in new equipment for the practice, that adds a lot to my experience as a patient, e.g. I no longer need to go places for retina screenings. It is always easy to schedule an appointment, and I'm very grateful they opened early during the pandemic. Office staff is very courteous and always super helpful, either with scheduling an appointment for an annual check up, or for the frame adjustment. Lenses I ordered are slightly on the more expensive side, but I really like the quality and how quickly I got my glasses ready.

Not that professional in dry eye treatment. It wasted a year of my time not doing other treatment or seeing other doctor just because I trusted the doctor here. I spent over $1000 to do the IPL treatment here and I remember clearly I clarified to the doctor my eyes were still dry after the whole treatment and even after she diagnosed that my oil gland was almost back to normal. No examinations were done to rule out other causes of my eye dryness such as I release minimum tears compared to normal people. It was a very disappointing experience here and put my eyes and mind into suffering because of the unprofessional diagnosis and treatment. Give one more star cuz the ppl were nice and Sunny the dog is cute.
