Dr. was not only highly knowledgeable but also took the time to thoroughly explain every step of the eye examination. I felt well-informed about my eye health, and the doctor addressed all my concerns and questions with patience and professionalism. The staff was incredibly helpful in guiding me to find the perfect pair that suited my style and prescription needs. They provided valuable insights on which frames complemented my face shape and personal style. Best eye doctor ever! You can’t find a better and nicer office than this one in Chicago - I literally call and beg them to fit me in for an appointment every year cause I forget they get busy during the holidays. They explain my benefits to me carefully in a patient kind way - they have the newest contact lens lines. And a real nice understanding doctor sees you in person and gave me good advice about how to maintain eye health ( the other office down the street is a video call with the doctor)

Have never felt more welcomed in a medical space like I did here! Everyone was kind and caring. Raquel at the front desk helped me chose the best pair of glasses for my face; I am in love with my new glasses. 10/10 I definitely recommend this place.
