Why have elderly patients wait SO long??? This place is wayyy overbooked. Appointment was at 3p and didn't see us until 2 hrs later. People were so frustrated and bathroom was SO dirty. And it's true of other reviews...the receptionist (Karina) was really rude. Made us feel horrible with her bad attitude. Horrible experience. This will be our last visit here.
