If zero stars were an option that’s what you’d get. Confirmed appointment with Abby for 11:15am written on three different calendars at home AND in my phones calendar. Drove from Westfield to S Keystone all to be told my appointment was at 1:15pm. WHAT?!? Wouldn’t fit me. Supervisor Carissa REFUSED to show her face and speak with me. Didn’t care to acknowledge that I wasted my time, energy, gasoline and was a neuro patient with a VP shunt that NEEDED this eye exam. Oh, and once I was rightfully irritated your receptionist was rolling her eyes and throwing patient folders down at the lobby desk. So unprofessional. I will never recommend you.

Great job with cataract surgery and follow up, just still having little blurriness with right eye. Hopefully today will give me some answers

My Eye Doctor recommended this place because I had cataracts. Everyone here was fantastic! Gave me a thorough exam and gave me my options. Glad I came.
