I want to do a shout out for Ashley that works in the contacts department at Lakeland Highlands Location. You picked the right person for this job. She has communicated great during the entire process, taken time to explain everything including my insurance and how to best use it. She found a special for me that saved me a good amount of money. Her Customer Service skills are off the charts. She went above and beyond to make sure I had contacts for a very special trip I am taking (Grandson Wedding). I cannot say enough about how great this experience has been. It is the best customer service I have received in a very long time. Your office is always nice and helpful, but Ashley has raised the bar.

My 10-year old son really enjoys going to the Eye Specialists of Mid Florida. The staff is very considerate of his feelings and treat him with respect and kindness. Fabianna was excellent in her screening procedures keeping him informed of what she was testing every step of the way! She made sure he was comfortable with each step before she proceeded and even made time to talk to him about school and sports. Dr. Thomas is a pro with children and made my son feel right at home! I would recommend her to any parent looking for an eye doctor for their child. Last but not least, Desire was the Licensed Optician we worked with in ordering his glasses. She demonstrated an immense amount of patience as my son tried on nearly every pair of glasses in the showroom. Desire is a rock star at her job! We will be back in the future for all of our family's optometry needs.
