He is not only knowledgeable about the technical aspect of glasses and optics, he is also careful to make sure you understand the quality and style of your options. I have to say the customer service is awesome. Today was my first day ever coming to this location and I was very impressed. Dr. Dixon was nice and efficient. I picked out 14 frames and Gissel was amazing with helping me look at them all. Brian was great at helping Gissel and I narrow them down to 6. The star for me was Gissel. It was very fun picking the frames out with her. She was patient, kind, professional and funny. Checkout was also great Tabitha was very efficient, professional and kind. I love this place. Dr. Dixon is great. He listens to me. Brian is the best optician. I actually followed him to Eye Specialists from my previous optician. Brian knows exactly how I like my glasses to be. I haven’t had great glasses since he left my previous office. I’m SO glad I find him again! Ask for Brian if you want your glasses to be perfect!
