My initial visit was today. I was very pleased! Dr. Gollamundi was kind, courteous and knowledgeable. I feel confident that my vision is well cared for under his supervision. The staff was friendly and the office easy to navigate. The office ran like a well oiled machine, so the time waiting was kept to a minimum. A nice experience!

Dr. Shackelford is the best. Been going to him since I was a teen. I’m 31 now. Leigh is exceptional at what she does. I love her so much. Always super helpful and always helps me pick out the cutest glasses. Because of these two I will always be a customer at this place…..

I don't know how everyone is giving rave reviews because I have had nothing but horrible experience. From initial visit when they called people after me, then finally got to see Dr. Smith. He was very nice but staff is less than great. Then no one called me to setup surgery, I had to go sit up there 3 days later. Then 2 days before surgery they called & said Dr. Smith not doing AM surgery any more so they changed me to 2 pm. Then they did not get me back to 4:45, & not do surgery till 5:45. Geez not good!! Next day follow up went quick & Dr. McQuirter was AWESOME! But they scheduled me with week later follow up with my regular eye doc, only to find out my insurance only covered it at Eye Surgery Center. Didn't the staff know this?! I have United H/C/ Not like I am the only one covered by this ever. Now here I am a week later & having some issues with floaters & my eye is painful & scratchy & I can't get them to call me back!! Unreal! No recommendation from me! Be prepared to wait for over 2 hours each time you are there for just office visit. Staff unfriendly.
