Saw Dr Coruthers first of Aug. Surgery was scheduled end of Oct. No one followed up or gave me pre-op surgery protocol even though I called 5 times to find out. Ebony told me twice there were no medications prescribed for my procedure. Got to surgery and was told I was supposed to have been on medication for 3 days prior to surgery! My eye Dr called and they advised someone would call me. Dr Matthews, senior partner, called to hear my experience. Admitted the ball was dropped and after talking to Ebony and Ramone, he would talk to Dr Coruthers and call me back. He never did and this is the senior partner???? If they can’t even get their pre-op protocol right , why would I want them to put a laser to my eye?? Extremely disappointed and so was my eye Dr.

Call three time started all conversation with I need urgent appt today for my grandson who was kicked in the eye. He has tricare and geha. After over and hour on the phone she take all the information only to ask me what is the medical insurance and say I need a referral what part of urgent care wasn’t understood in the beginning which would tell you something just happened so I won’t have a referral 2 hours wasted. If the people employed here are not logical thinkers not good listeners not sure about the service.

The lady at the front desk, I think her name is Cheryl or Sherry, has been giving me the wrong timing for appointments, I have returned multiple times and have been told the wrong time for my appointment? I am not crazy, I write down all of my appointments and it’s crazy how I supposedly have the wrong time multiple times? Unorganized and also the front desk lady is rude. I don’t understand it.
