I was recommend here by a co-worker, and couldn't have had a better experience. Every staff member I dealt with was helpful, courteous and fun. I loved the selection of glasses, and love the pair I picked, and have gotten numerous compliments. I returned months later to get a prescription set of sun glasses, and had another fantastic experience. Each time the staff was attentive and I was in and out in no time. I have recommend this office to many people and will continue to return.

I placed an order for some glasses and was given a 6-10 day turnaround. After 3 weeks I finally called and was told my glasses were ready. I showed up to pick them up and the person helping acted as if they hadn't been received yet, I could physically see my glasses and could see that they had made them wrong. To make matters worss the man helping actually tried convincing me that I had ordered yellow anti reflective lenses ( I would never do this). He then told me it'd take 2 weeks to get them re-done and later called my wife to say it would take an additional 2 weeks. A couple employees are awesome but unfortunately its situations like these that make you not want to return.

I have been going here about 35 years. In December I had a new pair of glasses made and it took 2 months - going back and forth with the lab making mistake after mistake and with no follow-up by employees. I currently have a pair of glasses there for repair and the lenses came in with a darker tint than the ones that are in the frames. I'll need to go over there to see if they are acceptable. Their filling system for locating customer charts is located in 3 different places and they had a hard time finding mine because it was "out back." There is never an excuse for any employee not being able to find a chart in a minute (and that doesn't even count that they should have it all computerized anyway). The excuse was they didn't have room out front. I was just there in December??? Natalie is the only original employee still there and she has always been outstanding. This is not a cutrate place and I have found that along with new ownership came a lot of problems with service and quality (my lenses in December came in 2 or 3 times with scratches on the lenses, wrong tinting, etc.
