Fantastic service. Very professional and understood how to help pick out glasses that fit well with my twins and that are functional. They understand the best type of frame for a child’s face. Helping with the difficult decision of which frame to choose. I highly recommend. Alyssa always impresses me by the way she goes above and beyond. Priceless!!! Thankful

Very efficient office. I waited less than five minutes to be called in, and after the technician saw me, I waited less than five minutes to see the doctor. Everyone was very friendly and their system is very efficient. The front desk staff were all great. Dr. Daubert was very knowledgeable and kind, and answered all my questions. Great bed side manner. I would recommend this place 5/5

I had the worst experience here. Everyone that works in reception was very rude and refused to help me. We signed in on the kiosk and paid the deductible fee and sat in the waiting room for over an hour. I went up to the reception desk three times to ask about appointment status and was turned away each time. Finally after waiting a full hour, I was pushier about asking for help only to find out that they didn’t show me as signed in and cancelled my appointment. I had a phone receipt of the transaction on my card showing that I paid for the deductible and completed the sign in registration on the kiosk. Had the reception helped me the first time, the error of the kiosk would have been identified and my son could have seen the doctor. Instead, we wasted the entire afternoon and were unable to see the doctor. I will be finding a new doctor’s office. Highly recommend skipping this place and finding an office with better patient service.
