Left work early so my son who would be a New patient arrived 15 minutes early like they requested - sat in a freezing waiting room for 1 1/2hours to finally be brought back into an exam room to be then told that the appointment was incorrectly booked and that the doctor we were scheduled with does not prescribe contact lens and yes my son could be seen but another appointment would be required with another doctor for the contacts. Doubling my copay - Horrible experience - other patients were waiting and also complaining - I asked to speak with the manager and she was not able to offer any assistance just called out the employee who incorrectly booked the appointment but offered no courtesy in getting an immediate appointment after the long wait for this one. Requested my copay be refunded and left with out ever seeing a doctor!!!

Very difficult to deal with. Not sure what Heather the office administrator's problem was but she started out being borderline belligerent and it went steadily downhill from there as she acted like my 92 year old mother had some complex problem which needed to be reevaluated from scratch before she would agree to schedule an appointment six weeks hence for the same periodic macular degeneration injections she's been receiving in Virginia for years, which is an important issue given my mother having recently moved into Assisted Living here is rather frail and not that mobile, ie, requiring her to repeat the very same tests she had only a few days ago rather than the new doctor simply reviewing her transferred records is potentially a big trauma for her, best avoided. Therefore I had no choice but to seek care elsewhere and quickly found another provider whose administrator couldn't have been more sympathetic and accommodated all our needs with no blowback. Don't think Heather's antagonistic manner is the best business generator for this office, which is especially surprising given they just added a new doctor who I suppose may be looking for new patients! Very disappointing, and a sad reflection on the current state of American medical care. Would not recommend.

Just like every doctor out there. They claim that they have the perfect treatment for you, and then they scam you out of money and the treatment isn't as perfect as it sounds! The doctor said there would only be ONE bill to pay. However, … More
