I called because my child’s eye was getting worst after a bad diagnosis from pediatrician. The operator was able to guide me on what to expect if I was seen the same day. I was a called back minutes after to approve my appointment for the same day, an hour later as an emergency. I saw Dr. Dorfman, very straightforward and thorough. He prescribed the right medication. He also let me know when I should see improvements and on our followup how to care to prevent further infections. Very grateful to we were seen the same day.

Very unprofessional. I’ve come to this man 5 times within the two years of my sons life to get a light shined in his face and get a pamphlet taken out every time. The five times I came it was the same process and a copayment of 40$ and 65$ after. He then before leaving referenced to my 6 month old (which is not his patient) and said that she was going to have the same issue as my son. If you can tell im a concerned mother how about do some research and show me the facts instead of showing me three pictures off of a pamphlet every time I went. So upsetting.

Poor customer service and almost impossible to get in touch with anyone in the office without getting a runaround. For a few weeks now we were trying to get our daughter medical record without success. We have very different diagnosis from another Ophthalmologist and are very concerned that nothing was detected with Dr. Dorfman, but still no way of contacting the doctor directly. Would defiantly not recommend to anyone.
