Excellent service from the moment I walked in the doors and on through when I walked out the doors. The staff is friendly, courteous and efficient. The procedure was explained to me in detail and was quick and painless. Highly recommend this facility.

Overall, the experience was very positive. I was treated very respectfully. They were very busy and so I did have to wait a bit longer than normal for the procedure. However, once I was in, I was out quickly. I do recommend them.

Great service and amazing technology you have there didn’t have to wait long. The operation on the right eye was fantastic. I no longer have any blurring and it seems like I’m in fact I wouldn’t even need glasses for those for the right eye because everything seems like 2020 to me. Great job.

Cataract surgery was painless, fast and worry-free. Staff was cheerful but professional and exuded confidence. No eye patch, no heavy meds, no pain. Really it’s quite amazing what they do!

I have had several procedures done here by Dr. Joshua K Duncan, D.O.. Dr. Duncan is the best! He listens to all my concerns and addresses them before starting any procedure. He keeps up with updates throughout the procedures to let me know what he is doing. His assistant, Tiffany, worked with him on both my last two procedures. She made sure I was prepped and addressed any concerns prior to Dr. Duncan coming in. I felt very comfortable and confident in the quality of services I received here and have recommended them to family and friends.

Great experience with the physicians and nurses. The facility is convenient. However some of the front desk girls act like they are completely put out by being there. I watched them check in several people after me and it was the same attitude. Very ooor start to the visit especially since they are the first point of contact with this facility. One in particular looked downright disgusted to be there. I had both eyes done so it wasn’t her just having a bad day.

All good except they had everyone taken back at least an hour after our appointment even though mine was 8am. The nurses were all very nice but the anesthesiologist could learn how to be a bit more pleasant.

The level of care was good, and the process was good once I left the check in desk and lobby. Waiting area is too small, too loud and too busy. The conversations at the check in desk where patients were conducting transactions were easy to overhear. Was also odd to see patients waiting to go to the back with tape dots on their foreheads indicating some prep for treatment… people were standing for lack of seating options. Was very impersonal and had the feeling of an assembly line. The door to the waiting area on the side of the building was very ad hoc arrangement… I went to the main entrance lobby and had to walk around the structure to find the door. Whole thing taken together made me a bit on edge. Was fine once my name was called.

Professional, friendly and efficient! I had 3 different procedures in 5 months and they all went very smoothly without any issue. Despite a crowded and full waiting room once, my procedure still took place on time as had happened before. The staff can handle the volume of patients very well. Couldn't ask for more. Dr. Van Buren is a skilled and caring physician. Thank you!

Dr. Duncan is the best, which automatically makes him the busiest! Yet he puts you at ease and works his miracles. The staff also puts you at ease and is friendly and calm us anxious patients. It is freezing in the offices, probably to keep germs away, so bring a jacket along! LOL. 💕 …

I recently had cataract surgery at the Surgery Center at the Biltmore. My doctor, Eric Chen was amazing. The entire front office staff at the surgery center were professional and caring. The nurse I had was so nice and showed she cared about me and my comfort. The same is true with the anaesthesiologist, she was super nice and explained everything.

Surgical staff was great. I did however feel like there were hidden and additional fees I was not made aware of ahead of time. I was told the procedure would cost one thing and then got to the surgery center day of and it was completely different and of course thousands more than originally anticipated. I have requested an itemized bill as they could not tell me exactly what I had already been charged for even though my card shows their name as who made the charges before the surgery. Which was of course required before the surgery. I will be disputing duplicate and incorrect charges. I feel like this is common practice by them as there was a couple that checked in after me that I could hear asking very similar questions about what they were being charged as they were given completely different information and had also paid a portion prior to surgery day as well.

The surgery center was an amazing experience both times I was there. From the front desk to the walk out to the car after surgery everyone was so nice. Thank all very much as it eased my anxiety.
