Everything was good except I didn't get to meet the surgeon until right before he did the surgery. I would have liked to have met him on one of my prior visits.

The Athens office has a very Poor scheduling practice. My 10am appointment was made 4 months in advance yet it wasn’t until 11:30am that I finally saw the doctor. Despite the doctor being very good, for future procedures, I will be using another facility that respects my time and values me as a customer.

This is the best surgery center or hospital I have ever worked in and that includes a lot of places and hospitals in the Chattanooga area. The staff is super friendly and the place is very efficient.
