Excellent doctor and fantastic office staff! Cristal welcomed me the moment I arrived. I was nervous about my cataract appointment and she was soothing, polite, professional, and caring. Her warm welcome set the tone for the entire visit. Jesus was professional and soothing as he performed my eye tests. Dr. Montgomery clearly laid out my options, explained carefully, and answered all my questions. I know I am in great hands from the moment I walk in the door.

Brought my 70 year old mother here for an appointment, cold windy day, they told her to be here 15 minutes early, we were right on time and had to sit outside for 20 minutes because they were "at lunch". They were inside, the receptionist was right there at her desk, but we had to wait in the cold? They told her when to be there, then waited another 19 minutes past the time on their sign, and couldnt even let her in out of the cold? They're lucky she's such a nice person. If thats the level of patient care we can expect over the next MONTH while she has cataract surgery, we can find another surgeon. Disgusting!
