My mom had to have emergency surgery on her eye. They got us in right away & scheduled the surgery quickly too. I love how you check in at the door & go to the waiting room & then they just call you back or up to the receptionist. It eliminates lines and waiting & I don’t think in our 4 visits we were ever in the waiting area for more than 5 minutes. The rooms have 2 extra chairs for a visitor which I appreciate because I’ve been to some doctor offices that have none or 1 chair & small rooms so if you have more than 1 person with you, such as a toddler was seen & both parents came then one of them wouldn’t have a seat. The only reason why I didn’t give 5 stars is because they don’t explain a lot. It may be because we were in a hurry to get her eye repaired but they just called her back, sat her down & started doing stuff. We had to keep asking what they were doing. However, when Doctor Wood came in, he was amazing & explained every little thing. He took time to make her feel comfortable & we loved how precise & to the point he was without feeling cold & standoffish.

The office was very busy but the staff was very polite and personal wait time was minimal Dr Clark was decent and personable and professional. Did a great job and I feel he could be trusted. I am grateful for his experience and mannerism was spot on. Excellent and Merry Christmas. God is Good.

I think it was a great experience! Everyone was helpful and seemed genuinely happy. All the tests were as smooth as silk. All my questions were answered. Great day for everybody! I would definitely recommend these services to family and friends!!
