Eye to Eye is a family owned eye care boutique in Timonium. It offers eye exams, contact lens fittings, designer frames, sunglasses, lenses, and eye care essentials for adults and children.
Alex Chernoff runs the practice after growing up in the family business, which has operated for 40 years. The optical studio carries more than 5,000 unique frames from brands including Chopard, and registered opticians assist with frame selection.
The practice participates with most vision plans and accepts most insurance plans.

My mother and sister have been going to Alex for years so I decided to try Eye To Eye. He carries your standard frames however, the real gems are showcased in two separate cases, vintage along with unusual frames you won’t find anywhere else. I feel like I am wearing a piece of art. Making the experience even more spectacular, I ordered my glasses on Friday, not an easy lens, bifocals and transition, and I had them by the following Thursday. Safe to say, I won’t be going anywhere else after this experience, and may need to bring a bigger bag next time for Leo…

I have tried numerous eyeglass stores before with varying amounts of satisfaction with both the service and the products. Eye To Eye in Timonium is by far the best! Alex offers such professional service with a very keen eye to the optimal choice for the client’s needs and likes! I have never seen so many frame choices in a brick and mortar store! The digital lens option has given me the most precise vision that I’ve had for many years. Eye To Eye isn’t a discount eyeglass store, but you definitely get what you pay for. I highly recommend Alex and his family-owned store.

This is the best place that I have ever gotten glasses. Alex is extremely helpful and personable. He took the time to help me find a new pair of glasses that would fit my face and my personality. I absolutely love my new look! Thank you so much Alex!
