After reading the reviews I was little uncomfortable whether I should take an appointment here or not but good that I trusted my own instinct as a result my experience was great. The receptionist was so nice and quite knowledgeable and what to say about doctor she was kind and helpful and explained each and everything to me. I recommend everyone who ever is thinking to go but is reluctant because of some silly reviews up there Because don't go with others opinions but use your own judgement.

This was our (my husband and myself) first time using the optical department at Costco. Needless to say we both have high praises for Dr. Cromer. She explains every detail of her processes and calmly answers any questions you may have. She is is pleasant and has a sence of humor too. We drove an hour for this appointment and we will do it again to work with her.
