My son and I came in and the front desk put our name down then asked us to take a seat. We waited for 20 minutes and then someone came in the door and immediately someone came out and helped them before us. When I asked the front desk about why we hadn’t been helped first, she said, “sorry, I don’t work on that side.” We were simply there to pick up frames that would have taken a couple minutes. Fix your customer service system please.

The staff put me with a doctor that did not accept my insurance even though I had called before to confirm they had my correct insurance information. It has now been over a month and I have not been able to get them to fix this issue. I paid full price for this consultation when there should have been coverage with my insurance if they would have done their job properly and placed me with the correct doctor. Even my insurance is now saying that they are not receiving any response from the staff at Eye Trends Conroe to help them fix my claim. Proceed with caution if you have to use them and make sure they put you with a doctor that accepts your insurance because they will not do it on their own behalf.
