It was my first-time visiting Eyetrend due to new insurance. Nick, or the sweet male rep , was very pleasant and helped me relax when the puff of air was about to be in my eyes..he was very nice,kind, and informative..Dr. Wong was patient with me and pleasant to work with..The very nice rep ( woman) that helped me find the best frames) was a joy to work with. She was funny and very patient. She was wonderful at multitasking and I enjoyed my experience. 10/10

My visit was exceptional! The staff is kind and attentive. Barbara makes you feel welcome from the moment you walk in until the moment you walk out! Dr Aaron Wong is professional kind and thorough. I will definitely be recommending all my friends and family to go see Dr Aaron Wong! His establishment is clean very well managed and very aesthetically pleasing. Barbara, Natalie and Dr. Wong all were excellent. Definitely exceeded my expectations.

I was dreading going to the eye doctor today. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by Natalie. She was so bubbly she made me actually happy. It was Barbara who did all my testing and did she ever have patience with me I felt like I was with My Best Friend. Dr Wong could see that I had a little bit of anxiety and completely put me at ease as he fitted me for my new glasses.

Great experience staff is very helpful and knowledgeable. Definitely recommend you see them for you and your family next eye exam.

I took my son in for his eye exam, he is 5. So you can just imagine how hard it is to get his vision checked, however Sabrina was simply amazing with him and so patient. He said he loved going there.

My wife and I recently had eye exams here, and we both had an excellent experience. Barbara, the gentleman in the front office, and the doctor were all incredibly friendly, professional, and helpful. What stood out most was that there was absolutely no pressure to purchase anything. Instead, they took the time to explain all of our options, provided us with the necessary information and reports, and allowed us to make our own decisions without any sales pressure. My wife was so pleased with the service that she decided to purchase her glasses from them. We both felt respected and well cared for throughout the entire process. From the initial walk in this was an excellent service provider. The staff far exceeded any service i have experienced before. They knew who I was as I walked in the door. Greeted by everyone with smiles and kindness. You won't regret going here. They are the best.

Wonderful place and the staff is so nice BUT the business hours are horrible. At least open one day on the weekend for those of us that work the same hours during the week that you are open. I've been trying to pick up my glasses for two weeks. I shouldn't have to use vacation hours to cover my working hours just to pick up my glasses. Since you do service outside customers that are the public you should be available to everyone and not just those that don't work.

If I could give zero stars I would. The workers at the front desk have been nothing but rude to me. It’s very amusing though every time I come here they are either extremely rude or have something I feel is unnecessary to say. Needles to say if your skin color is brown avoid this place I won’t ever be back they are never as helpful to me as they are to Hispanics or whites. The eye doctor himself tho is really good but the other staff is horrible.

The front desk staff were friendly and very knowledgeable! My kids and I were in and out quickly, and we felt completely at ease.

Probably the best experience I’ve ever had at an eye place. The lady who helped me choose my glasses was hilarious and incredibly sweet! The Doctor was informative and kind with his delivery, which is important to me as an autistic person. Overall, a great experience! I will definitely come back here!

Highly disappointed in the customer service experience. The Kingwood store's hours (8 AM – 5 PM, Monday–Friday) are extremely limited and not convenient for working professionals. I went in to pick up my new prescription glasses, only to find that my vision was very blurry with them. I returned to the store immediately, thinking I had received someone else’s glasses. The employee assisting me insisted the prescription was correct, despite my concerns. After a long wait, another employee finally stepped in to help. She asked whether I needed glasses for reading or distance — I explained I didn’t need distance correction, and she then acknowledged that the prescription was wrong. I expressed how difficult it is for me to get there before 5 PM due to work, and instead of any apology or acknowledgment of the mistake, I was told that other locations are open on Saturdays — as if the issue was my fault for being at the wrong location or needing a corrected prescription. The following day, I contacted their Woodlands location and explained the situation. I was told the District Manager would follow up with me. It has now been 10 days, and I have yet to hear anything. I’ve since been called and informed that my corrected glasses are ready — and once again, I’ll need to take time off work, hoping this time they get it right. Very disappointing experience from a customer service standpoint. Mistakes happen, but how they are handled is what matters — and this location failed miserably in that regard.

I love this place. I have always had a great experience with this team. They are honest and really want you leaving in glasses that work for your face and budget. Dr. Wong took time to answer questions and it helped me understand the care I needed. 10 stars always!

I had a great experience here! Everyone was warm and welcoming, and the whole process was quick and smooth. Natalie was especially helpful. She was supportive, hands on, and really took the time to help me find glasses that I loved and that gave me the best value for my money.

Yesterday was my first visit to the Kingwood Eye Trends. I was extremely happy with every aspect of my visit. My check in and prelim were conducted in a friendly professional manner, Dr Wong was very thorough and made sure to answer all my questions. The Office Manager was knowledgeable and helpful in assisting with frame choice and payment options. I would highly recommend this superior team!

DO NOT COME HERE! Incompetent staff, reschedules your appointment 3-4 times, calls with wrong patient name to schedule appointments, don’t dare come for contacts and glasses checked in for both and made it clear I was present to pick up both. Then they proceed to tell me I need to wait for processing (20min) when I arrived early to get this taken care of. Front desk proceeds to say they weren’t aware when the doctor approached them. After this occurrence front desk no longer said a word to me or even thanked me for my visit that was a complete disservice. Took 2 months for them to finalize my prescription for both contacts and glasses. If you have a life avoid this place at all costs. Have spent countless hours trying to finalize everything. No sense of urgency, accountability, or sense of direction here. Also the displays are organized such as this in the photo, very organized for ease of shopping.

This practice provided an excellent experience. My kids (6&7) had their eye exams here and they had fun. Dr. Aaron Wong was very friendly and actually dilated their eyes and was very personable. My kids were a little nervous due to their last visit at another practice and this time the doctor and optician were very engaging. The optician, Mike, who helped choose the glasses and was there when we picked up the glasses was great! He explain everything necessary, he was very friendly, and he gave us good options to choose from. Overall, I will definitely return here with my family!

The service at this location is below parr. They are grossly incompetent. My daughter and I have been here for several years and we just can't accept the poor service. ITS BEEN 11 DAYS AND STILL WAITING ON MY GLASSES. WAS TOLD THEY WOULD BE COMPLETED AND READY 03/20 AND NOW WHEN I CHECK ONLINE FOR UPDATE IT WENT BACK DOWN TO PENDING. CALLED OFFICE AND THEY SAID MAYBE MONDAY? SO 3 MORE DAYS. RIDICULOUS IT SHOULDN'T TAKE OVER TWO WEEKS TO GET MY GLASSES. I REALLY NEEDED THEM TODAY. MY DAUGHTER WENT IN AT THE SAME TIME AND DAY AS ME AND HERS WERE RECEIVED TODAY. I just looked ONLINE and now they won't be ready until til april 3. HORRIBLE STORE. THEY LIE ABOUT WHEN ILL GET THEM AND THEY JUST STARTED REMAKING THEM AGAIN.
