Found the staff difficult to deal with. They seldom offered information and I had to remember to ask specific questions if I wanted to get answers. Some questions didn't occur to me so I probably missed out on pertinent information.
Also, staff didn't make the best decisions on eyewear frames. I didn't think of it, and my wife had to notice that I should have gotten two different frame types for the two pair of different prescription glasses I got, so I could easily distinguish between them without putting them on. Made immediate sense once my wife brought it up, but the eye care staff never brought it up.
Further, I asked for my medical records so I could send them to Kaiser. Still waiting for them to provide those after weeks.
I don't think the doctor made the best decision on some conjunctivitis that I was experiencing, prescribing Tobradex for it. Another doctor at Kaiser prescribed Chromolyn, which seemed to resolve the issue more effectively.
Overall, really unimpressed with that office, and won't return.

I purchased prescription glass, the cost ends up after 30% off came close to $700. Somewhere else may cost only $300. The lady was not very nice, when I picked up the glass, I asked if I can get white case, she said not included, I asked the cloth to save the lenses and she said is not included. This is the very cheapest store I experienced in my life for so expensive. I really made mistake to come her and will never visit this store anymore.

A week ago I went online to the website to make an appointment and I have yet to hear back from them. I did get an automatic email acknowledging my apart request, but nothing else. So, I went with another eye doctor as this shows me that if they can’t respond to something as simple as an appointment request, I surely cannot trust them with my vision needs.
