I have been going to Eye Wearhouse for close to a decade. I always appreciated the excellent customer service I received from Erin and Ken, the owner. I particularly found the quality of the Zeiss lenses they offer well worth it given my complex prescriptions. I tried the ‘Lens...’ store -once- and the quality was nowhere near as good. Recently I moved out of the area and tried to find a dealer that carried Zeiss lenses, the price they quoted for these ’special orders’ was close to 50% more than I paid at Eye Wearhouse, so I called Ken, confirmed they could still help me and was glad I made the 2 hour track back. And boy was it worth it. Not only where the lenses as good as ever, the limited edition German-made frames they had were a hit!

Louis had told me that he could help me with something and when I got there in front of his co-workers said he could not do it very very disappointed I'd have no clients if I ran my business this way

Great place to buy glasses. I was referred to the EyeWear House thru a friend who has been going there for years. I was tired of my previous place with little selection and high prices, so I gave them a try... Really great is all I can say...incredible selection of frames and lower prices than anywhere I've been before for better quality glasses. The staff is very knowledgable & they actually educate you on the various options available..never had that before. I couldn't recommend them more highly...

Elin and the owner are always a joy to be around, I actually look forward to visiting in addition to getting a new pair of glasses. I wandered in about 5 years ago and have bought about three pairs of glasses every year since. The prices are a little higher on the frames than the previous place I purchased. The only reason I gave it a four star. However, they are better at putting lenses in (the other place blamed the frames not fitting on the shape of lenses, probably why they should have five stars :-), and have even given me a free brand new pair when they could not be fixed. Eye Wherehouse makes it work. I believe they guarantee each purchase with a warrantee. I'll continue to return because of the excellent customer service.

I have been coming to the Eyewear House for more than 4 years now. I can honestly say that this place keeps getting better and better. Their prices are lower than most offices and shops in the county and the quality of their frames and lenses is definitely a "cut above" all others. Lots of choices, excellent staff, knowledgeable, great selection...a real find! This place puts others to shame. The staff is dedicated to making you look good and the quality of their glasses is second to none!

I just had my new glassess purchase here....i am very satisfied with the complete professional care and attitude of this shop. I highly recommend the Eye Were House for doing prescription glasses.

While their customer service is acceptable (not exceptional), their business practices are not, in my opinion. I purchased 2 pairs of glasses just 2 months ago and though they were not super expensive , they weren't completely inexpensive either. One day while at work, I picked up the pair I was using to read, and noticed it was broken. I didn't do anything out of the ordinary and on the contrary, am so careful with any pair of glasses, mostly because of the expense since I don't have insurance. I dropped them off and waited to hear from someone. So 3 days later they left a message saying the glasses could not be repaired and there was no warranty for them, so of course I'd have to pay for them all over again. Not only that, not that it matters since there are many styles to choose from, but that particular one is discontinued. I hadn't even heard of a warranty on glasses before, and if so, it was never offered to me either by them or any other place I've been to. I decided to go with the usual place though it's not as convenient and takes a while longer to receive them once ordered.
