I hadn’t had an eye exam since I was a child, but the team here went out of their way to ensure I was comfortable and informed about how to address the process. From my initial phone calls to schedule an appointment to the final steps of choosing frames, I genuinely felt heard and valued. Being new to Wisconsin, I chose this location on a whim, but I’m so glad I’ve now found my long term eye care partners.

Amanda helped me find affordable glasses plus she found additional savings for me! She asked if I wanted the glassed sent to store closer to me with an optical department but no optometrist ; saving me driving time and hassle. Zach, the optometrist, explained what he was doing and made me feel comfortable.

I had a amazing experience, everyone was friendly and professional, I didn't have to wait at all, they took me right away, when I was able to see the doctor, he was very thorough and very knowledgeable and I could tell he really knew what he was doing. The other staff, the two ladies at the front, were very polite, respectful and they help me choose my pair of glasses, I would definitely recommend this place to anyone for their eye care.

My visit went well even though they were unexpectedly under staffed and the people there were new. I had to wait for quite some time but I could tell they were trying really hard to give everyone the attention they needed for picking glasses. My eye exam went really well. I’ll be giving them another shot.

The staff was very friendly, the doctor was great - explained everything I had to do during the exam and why my prescription changed. The appointment was streamlined, and I received a quote for new contacts but no high pressure to purchase before I left, I just need to look at my budget to determine what to do next.
