Staff is always polite and professional. The service provided is exceptional. We have gone there for several years.. Definitely take care of their customers.
Only negative is getting rid of medicaid. I understand why it happened with associated costs, but it is such a benefit for so many children.

Always a fast and pleasant experience. Dr Rossi and his staff are always friendly and helpful. I'm in and out for my appointment so much faster than any other Dr appointment I have to go to throughout the year.

This was my first visit with EyeCare Associates. The up front office staff was receptive and friendly. However, the young lady that was performing the assessment was training someone; she was not friendly, gave off cold vibes and didn't engage with me at all; not even to introduce the young lady she was training. Her instructions to me were blunt. Dr. Rossi was attentive, friendly, thorough and patient.
