Great experience from check in to check out! Staff was courteous & super friendly! Halcyon, the technician that got me ready to see the doctor was quick & efficient while still being personable and answered any questioned I had. Mary, Jasmine, and Tiffany were a HUGE help when it came to finding a frame because I have such a hard time finding colors and shapes that compliment my skin tone and facial shape. Dr. Harris was great, as always! They also have the Optomap, which is AWESOME, because I dread being dilated! Will definitely be returning for all my future eye exams!

I had a great experience. Check-in clerk and process was very efficient. My tech and the office manager guided me through the exams and they both were knowledgeable and professional. Answered all of my questions. Last but not least I finished up the process with Dr. Harris. He discussed my exam results with me and made me feel better about my vision. The entire process was exceptional. I definitely recommend the facility.

The only thing I can think of is rip off. I paid in advance for glasses which I had to return because objects looked distorted. So obviously the prescription was incorrect. I purchased the glasses on June 1 and it is October and still … More

Hannah and Jennifer went beyond their job descriptions to ensure that they were providing me with the best care. Dr. Harris friendly personality makes you feel like you choose the best place to come.

I have been seeing Dr Jackson for over 30 years! Amazing right?? He is attentive and kind and goes into detail about your eyes and any resolution that can be offered. He is the BEST in my book. The con is the wait time. Although start to finish was about 1,5 hours, his service is well worth the wait.
