They do a very poor job of taking eye measurements, which results in glasses with poorly placed lenses. When you look through the lenses, everything looks distorted because of how the prescription is applied to the lenses. I’ve had to reorder brand new glasses from them, and so has my mother. Hers still had an issue with the prescription in the lenses being skewed in the second pair. It’s a big hassle and you have to pay a restocking fee every time you reorder, so it’s expensive as well. They have a good selection of frames with reasonable prices, but you run the risk of getting unusable glasses that need to be fixed.

Horrible office staff who refuse to do there job. I have had multiple issues this past year where it has taken months to get an appointment because it has taken months to get problems resolved simply because the staff refuse to return calls, refuse to contact insurance companies, delete referrals simply because they don't want to be bothered to make appointments. And NO one seems to have a clue what is actually happening at this office. I even had an office staff member make a note in our file complaining about me because I was upset that over 6 months went by and they kept insisting they never received the referral from my primary care doctor when in fact the office staff was DELETING the referrals. Deleting them without ever contacting me or speaking with a doctor. 6 MONTHS! Can you imagine. My doctor sent countless referrals that they ignored! Even my primary care doctor stated at this point eye care associates was intentionally deleting them and there was no excuse. The eye doctor even apologized stating there was no excuse for what I went through. But here we are now dealing with another issue and it has taken 3 months for us to get resolved simply because the staff lied to us over and over, they refused to call insurance, and refused to return calls... FOR 3 MONTHS!!! Management is lost and clueless at every turn! They have absolutely no clue what is going on in that office and it is blatantly obvious!!

Should consider changing name to Don't Care Associates. Least efficient medical office I've ever dealt with (Worse than the VA) in terms of seeing patients at their actual appointment times. If you do choose them, prepare to spend hours past your appointment time, followed by about 10 minutes actual time with the doctor. Not sure who is actually in charge of scheduling/managing appointments, but they need to find a better way to do the job or maybe find a different one.
