My experience with the doctor was wonderful and I had no complaints there. However, their front office staff was not as great. When leaving my appointment, I attempted twice to pay my co-pay and twice the system had errors processing my card due to issues with the front offices payment system. However, what was disappointing was the implication that it was an issue with my card as I was only told of the issue with their system when I spoke with Tiffany via phone the following day to follow up on my payment. Additionally, the front desk called me three times and left three long voicemails in less than 24 hours insisting I pay over the phone asap despite the issues being with their payment system. Overall, the eye care was great but their outdated system and unprofessional approach leave a lot to be desired.

Doctors are very good(5 stars). Front desk staff(1 person) needs some serious training on how to be nice to people. We always had a good experience with the staff. But the person I spoke to sounded rude and expected me to know their process when I called them to book an appt.

Awesome doctors and staff ! Had called in to pick up contact lenses for my wife even though we weren’t patients. I had some eye pain and pressure going on myself and was trying to schedule an appt. and the staff immediately squeezed me in right away to be seen by Dr. Nes. Thanks for being kind, empathetic and helpful. Would be my go to place for ophthalmologists and eye care.
