Very friendly staff across the board. Helped me get in after a cancellation and worked through some logistics. Was a smooth operation during my appointment with little waiting and ample time with the doctor. Even had a very knowledgeable and helpful intern on rotation.

I wanted to update this review to reflect on the fact the owner reached out to me and made things right. Original review: Been using eyecare associates for years. This recent experience was different, there was a lack of the personal touch that was there in the past, the whole visit felt rushed. Added to this is the glasses I received do not work for me, I am still forced to switch to readers even with the new pre-scription. When I brought them back today, an hour after i picked them up, the staff was very rude and insisting I was wrong, like i cannot determine if glasses are working for me or not. The only remedy they offered was to have another eye check, which I have to wait almost 2 weeks for. I'm sure it will be another week after that before the new glasses come in. Very poor customer service.

Loved the experience. They were very adaptive to my limited schedule. When I got there, greeted by multiple people and little to no wait time. Very friendly and informative staff! Was first assisted by an intern who was so eager to answer questions completely. When the Dr came in, I didn't think there was anything else he could provide, but he also provided even more detail to the questions I had. Sometimes the best feeling after leaving a medical type appointment, is simply the feeling of being informed. Thanks!
