I have had only excellent experiences with EyeCare at the Cove and Dr. Nguyen. The eye test experience is extremely thorough and there is more equipment which is new and high tech compared to my previous optometrist (no disrespect to Dr. Trainer who was terrific. RIP). Their pricing is great and Dr. Nguyen is very friendly and personable and takes his time in a good way to explain things. It just feels like a very thorough and professional process. But everything is also very efficient. From booking, to punctual start time and easy billing. Their dedication to excellence is noticeable. You can tell they have purposefully curated this consistent perfect customer experience. I’ve been twice so far and will definitely keep coming back. They have a great selection of frames too! I highly recommend and feel in very good hands here. 5-Star well earned!

I was very impressed by my visit to EyeCare at the Cove Optometry. Dr. Nguyen conducted a thorough examination in a friendly and professional manner and explained everything very clearly to me. Lindsay was excellent in helping me pick out new eyeglass frames and she was already prepared to tell me what my vision insurance would cover. Dr. Nguyen also assisted with this process and I was very pleased at how thoughtful and considerate he was. David conducted some preliminary parts of the examination (e.g., visual field test, retinal photography) and he was also very considerate and personable. I really appreciated how nice everyone was and with their caring professional manner. I recommend this office with great enthusiasm.

Had a great experience at EyeCare at the Cove! As a complete novice when it comes to anything eye-related, Dr. Nguyen made sure I was comfortable and well informed throughout my eye exam. He happily answered all my questions about the equipment, my eyes, and my results. His attention to detail in making sure my prescription was perfect truly shows his passion for the craft and for taking care of his patients. The staff was incredibly helpful with regards to my appointment and taking care of my contacts order as well. There was no pressure and I was able to make informed choices. Staff followed up promptly after a couple days and conveniently placed an order on my behalf. I highly recommend the EyeCare at the Cove for all your optometry needs if you value a comfortable, no-nonsense experience!
