We have gone to this practice after an accident and my wife felt the Dr. was pleasant and very knowledgeable. That is the only reason I gave it a two. We have to drive between 30 to 40 minutes to get there and we always had a 30 minute to … More

Very professional and one of the best I’ve seen. Wore glasses since the age of nine and contacts since teenager. Both the staff and doctor have always been wonderful. Yes you do have to wait sometimes, but that’s because he takes the time to listen and fix the problems you have!

ALWAYS answers their phone, I have never had problems with call backs. Office staff has been consistent throughout the time my daughter has been seen there, about 5 years now. Dr. Pulaski has treated my daughter with much care and concern through a somewhat complicated diagnosis. The doctor has kept me informed and knowledgeable about treatment options and progress. I would strongly recommend this office.

Inept. I had my appointment in April and have been calling ever since to get a copy of my prescription so I can get some new glasses. Its August now. The office never answers and doesn't return voicemails. The answering service has taken 4 messages, none of which have been returned. Once someone accidentally answered the phone at the reception desk and swore they would get it in the mail to me that day. That was 2 weeks ago. Their hours are very limited and so I would have to take another day off work to get the office again and demand the prescription. Options for getting glasses here are very limited and they are only open 3 hours on Saturday, once a month. It looks like I'll have to go to another eye Dr. to get my eyes checked again and get my prescription.

Dr. Pulaski is such a fantastic eye doctor who healed both my kids of convergence - depth perception issues. Sadly, they are so busy that off and you have to wear wait a long time for an appointment. And a very long time in the waiting room.

The worst ever.
The stock guy at Wal Mart who was a janitor posing as an eye care professional was better! The only exception is the actual doctor. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. My wife was a patient for a long time and after my experience, she’s finding a new doctor too.
I’m actually adding to my review because now I’m up to 15 days waiting on glasses they put a rush on. This place just might be the worst customer service I have ever experienced.
Terrible, awful, and all with a bad attitude on top of it.
Definitely don’t bother

Dr Pulaski is the best eye doctor. He has helped me since I got a concussion in Nov 2013, when nobody was able to help me. He helped figure out I had lost vision and that my eyes were the root of my migraine issues. I'm forever thankful. He … More

I checked in for my last appointment and they had lost my file. It took 20minutes of who knows what before they bothered to look for it. The Dr. Is very nice, professional, and listened to my concerns. The staff that is supposed to help with ordering and fitting of my glasses barely spoke to me, or assist me except to sell more expensive frames and extras for the lenses. When I reminded the staff of the $100 down payment on contacts that I made a few months earlier but was unable to wear contacts, I was told that the 1 trial pair that was given to me cost $100 so I wouldn't be getting that money back. I have never had to pay for a trial pair of contacts. Greedy.

The doctor is wonderful. The staff to say the least lack customer service skills, billing pit bull lost my file conveniently when the state required a report. She said it was my fault because I have a huge outstanding balance. Glasses were made wrong twice and it took two months. They would not give me the script to fill elsewhere. The doctors wife is the boss and huffing. Puffing. Threw my file on the desk said she had enough of this. Each appt has been at least a 30 minute wait and they say he the doctor had emergencies. Too bad its like that because the doctor is very good. It's not worth the aggravation of the staff who don't listen to understand. Two times I brought glasses both times their wrong. No money back. Be aware.

So I was going here for years and maybe it’s since they were always not so busy but now with my most recent experience I am disappointed I called 2 times already trying to schedule an appointment which the doctor needed to confirm with the receptionist I suppose. Both times I was told I would be called back to schedule. The second time I was told she did speak to the doctor but needed to speak to him again before scheduling. So it’s just taking away from my schedule waiting since I went there 1/25 just a week and a half ago and now today I can’t even get through. I’m unsure what’s going on. The receptionist that has been there for years I can say was very kind and made sure I was seen when I accidentally came late but I’m not so sure what else to do. Switch? Keep calling maybe for the same response. I will come back with an update on my experience. Maybe it’s just been a bad week for them?
Update: All receptions are kind. Just too busy of a practice to handle everyone especially during covid.
