I had been going to this office for years and years. My wife and I, as well as my kids got glasses and contacts there for a decade. I love the doctors. They are great. I have never been late. I am usually early. That doesn't mean they never made me wait, but I never made them wait. Until today. I was a few minutes late. When I walked in, I was very rudely informed that I would not be seen. To be honest I had walked in thinking that might be the case, even though I was probably arriving about when I would have actually been seen anyway, based on standard wait times. It was how rudely the message was delivered that caught me extremely off guard. It was like I had asked to borrow money for bus fare or something. So if you are certain you will be on time 100% of the time without fail, then I'm sure you will have a 5 star experience. If there is a chance you may be late, be prepared to be treated like a red headed step child for your unmitigated gall. Of course I will never darken the doors again, so someone can take my spot. But in the name of all that's holy, be punctual.

I should have red the reviews before coming here. Not only are they rude they forced me to get contacts I never asked for I made an appointment for glasses and they wouldn't even put them through because i refuse to pay for the contacts. Complete scam pls read your papers carefully this office is weired .

The doctor is a liar who lied to my son and I. He was rude, never took accountability, or even apologized. Never coming back here and I suggest anyone looking for an eye doctor for their family to find a better location than this for your eye care. We both left disgusted and disappointed with the doctor.
