This is a wonderful place for eye care. The facility is clean and has a warm and bright atmosphere. The staff are very friendly and courteous. Dr. Matney is very knowledgeable and was able to correct my prescription to allow me to see correctly without headaches. Previously the eye doctor I saw gave me a prescription that was too strong which made it difficult to wear my glasses. They were also able to help me find a lighter and stylish set of frames that fit my face correctly. (Previously, my frames were too heavy and squeezed my head so I would end up with a headache after wearing for a couple of hours. The frames were too long and had been bent all the way around my ears to stay on.) Another aspect that I really appreciated is that I didn't feel pressured to buy glasses from them and they were very patient with me trying on a plethora of glasses before finding the perfect pair. They also have some trendy designers like Kate Spade which is what I ended up deciding on.

Front desk is helpful… Dr. Fordayce is awesome… unfortunately there is a lady whom they call Jaycee is rude at times. She shows her too busy and should understand that she is is there for us only and if she continues behaving same clinic will loose patients… discussed with existing patients who are my colleagues too… they also shared same feedback… some of them already moved to a different vision provider now.

I called them to check if they're in network with my insurance company so I don't have to pay for my insurance. After giving them all the information, they told me they can't check it but they can schedule an appointment for me. I thought that was nice of them at that time. Later on, I took a bus and traveled all the way there, and the same girl who talked to me on the phone told me she ran my insurance that morning and they aren't in network with my insurance company, so it'll cost $250 out of pocket for the contact lens eye exam. So I just canceled the eye exam and left. I don't understand why she can't just call me or text me when she found out about it. What kind of business makes people travel there to tell them such info? I'm glad I didn't do anything there anyways after reading all the reviews here, and I wish them good luck with such customer service.
