Very great environment! Dr.Zubin helped my mother with her treatments and she always felt well taken care of when she went to her appointments. Including my self, my glasses came in super quick and they called me as soon as they got there. Shyla the manager, has been really helpful when explaining the treatment process to my mother and helping me find the correct glasses for me! I can definitely say I will keep coming here for my future appointments.

I have been patiently waiting for a detailed receipt for my July payment of $5000. Despite my numerous follow-ups, calls, and messages left for the manager, I have been consistently misguided and misinformed by the staff. Unfortunately, I have not received any acknowledgment or communication regarding my request. Recently, the manager finally reached out to me, but at an inconvenient time when I was in a meeting. Despite my request to discuss the matter later due to being on a conference call, the manager persistently called my cell phone seven times within two minutes, displaying a lack of respect for my schedule.
I have made multiple requests for the receipt over the phone and through email, but I am still awaiting a response. Obtaining these receipts has become crucial as I need them to submit a claim to my insurance provider. The consistent unprofessional behavior and poor communication skills of the staff have left me feeling frustrated and exhausted. It is disheartening to see how patients are misled and subjected to unnecessary complications and delays. Furthermore, the staff's lack of consideration is evident in their excessive phone calls, interrupting me during important conference calls. Despite my polite request to call them back after I had finished, their seventh call was met with a disrespectful yell, insisting that they had been trying to reach me multiple times which was within two minutes span. This incident forced me to drop everything and visit their offices, highlighting the rude and poorly managed nature of their staff. Extremely dissapointed!

This was my first visit to their office. They told me my insurance wouldn’t be accepted, even though I double checked with my insurance and included their receptionist on a conference call with them to make sure my visit would be covered. During my visit, a woman there (who I now realize is probably the doctor’s wife) told me that the visit wouldn’t be covered and I’ll have to pay $195 out of pocket. I believed this then, but I double verified after I got back and my insurance people don’t agree.
Thereafter I was moved in and out of rooms as I waited for more than two hours after my appointment time for the doctor to come see me. It was a super quick visit where the doctor insisted I have a dry eye problem, and asked to book a dry eye appointment for me, even though I told him I had an occasional dryness at the end of a long day at the computer and other doctors in past have told me it’s completely normal. He said that since I’ve had lasik I cannot tell even if my eyes are drying out as some of the nerve endings have died, and hence a comprehensive exam was necessary. Still trying to get my head around that part. He finally said he tweaked my prescription to be a better fit, but never really told me what he changed. I had to ask for a final trial of his new prescription just to make sure it fits me well. They also did not provide me a copy of my prescription until I asked for it.
Overall it was an odd experience, though the conversations were friendly and it seemed at the time like they were trying to help me. Please only go to doctors that your friends/family have been to and attested to.
