I took my 12-year-old daughter there to get glasses about seven months ago. As of late, she’s been complaining about severe headaches in migraines and troubles seeing so I figured she just needed to get her eyes re-examined maybe a new set of glasses. I made an appointment at the store and while waiting for the eye exam found out they no longer take my insurance or my wife insurance so I said thank you and I went To LensCrafters, which took both of our insurance no problem right there. Come to find out while they’re examining my daughters glasses I got from this store that the right side was the prescription, but the left side was just the regular plastic lenses that you would find in the display glasses. So I called up the store to find out what had happened. It turns out that the person that did her eye exam put the prescription in the right side, but did not put the prescription in the left side and instead just put in to have the left side filled with, a plastic lens that was used for display purposes Even though in the chart he actually had the proper prescription needed for her left eye in there, but did not fill it out correctly or just didn’t add it period When it got sent out. So I called up the store to find out what could be done. The only thing they’re willing to do is offer me a free pair of glasses that I do not need because I have already paid for a new glasses from somewhere else that is actually given her the proper prescription, if you care about your own well-being and health or your children’s stay far away from this place and company as much as possible. I even tried asking for at least a refund for what I paid for the glasses and they refused and just gave me an email To plead My case.

Rude optometrist, untalkative, rushed through it. Poor selection of men’s frames. I have a strong prescription, the frames I chose pop the lenses out all the time and they later told me they should not have let me order this style because of my prescription. They then agreed to let me replace them with a different style frame at no cost, but then when they got them in, the lenses they provided were incorrect (they had transitions lenses, I did not want them on this pair and the original did not have them) and we then had our second child, a few weeks later when I had a moment to reach out again they blew me off and said they couldn’t do anything to help me out. Will never go back, the manager Megan would not even listen to our explanation just blew us off. Then she gave a false email address which she claimed was for corporate. We found the correct one but have yet to hear back. Do not go to this facility.

The lady that helped us was very professional but the rest of the office staff were not present to help customers as they were too busy taking turns holding a baby?? The front desk had a baby carrier on it and you could not access it. I counted 4 other office staff huddled into an area talking and holding the baby. Do we bring our infants to work now?? Very unprofessional!!
