I visited Dr Vu at ECO looking to see if the treatment for Vertical Heterophoria might work for me. She was very thorough in our first session. She really took the time to listen to me describe my symptoms and was genuinely concerned about finding a way to reduce them. Thanks to her knowledge and effort, my quality of life has drastically improved by wearing the lenses she prescribed. She’s a lovely and caring Dr and I highly recommend her. I’ve been coming here for 7+ years and trust Dr. Vu and her staff completely. Everyone is always friendly and knowledgeable. Appointment system is great - they are quick to return messages and also use texting system to confirm and communicate. Dr. Vu is so personable and very knowledgeable. Can’t say enough good things about this practice.
