Have two stars because the initial exam was quite informative. However, things deescalated quickly. I began my journey in September. I paid for contacts and was told that I would receive them in 7-10 days. After a few weeks I phoned the office and was told they weren't in yet. The very next day I received a call that my contacts were there. The right eye script was for a 60 axis. They ordered 70. I took the order back to question the fit and was told the script was for 70. Nope...I had the script in my hand..... axis 60!! I was refitted and told 7-10 days. At that point, I paid for frames and was told 7-10 days. Five weeks later, I called to find out that the contacts and frames were not yet at the store. Next day, I took both paid receipts and requested a full refund. One of the techs had the audacity to say, "they're back there"! Uuuugh! I'll be ordering my product elsewhere. This business is very unorganized. After the reply, my question is... Why did you fall short of your goal?

Great experience at Eyecare Pluse with Dr Shay! I was seen for an emergency visit and they were able to get me in quickly and help my situation greatly! Easy follow up scheduling and very helpful staff!
