I was very pleased with my visit. It was a very smooth process from start to finish. The techs took great care of me and were very patient. When it came to my exam, Dr. Parker communicated with me throughout it and explained the best route for me to take afterwards. I was also very thankful for Meme and her assistance in helping me pick out the right pair of glasses. If I could leave this establishment 10 stars, I would. Thank you Eyecare Plus!

Firstly, let me say, I feel awful for the people that have ever had a negative experience here. I certainly had issues, but they were all outside of the staff's control. I've been going to this location for several years and I have had a POSITIVE experience each and every time. On three separate occasions, I've had an ulcer on my right eye, and I was seen immediately. Their turn around time for appointments are short and efficient, very well done. Let's talk about this front desk staff, okay? Mimi deserves a shout-out all to herself. I adore her, she knows her stuff, and is so kind and helpful and remembers small happy details about her customers that truly make them feel welcome. All of the techs I've had were studious and professional and do a fantastic job explaining what the processes are. The doctors I've seen here are all incredible and take the time to answer any questions. Love this place. Thank you.

First time visit today for my children. The exam part, though long was a bit more overwhelming than past eye exams for them. The check-in alone was 40 plus minutes which was something I could have done on my own time, prior to the appointment. This was also the first time I didn't get to go through the glass process. After all the time spent in exams and whatnot, we were giving about five minutes to pick out glasses. That was about it, no typical run-through of the different lenses or recommendations or nothing. Simply rushed. Also, there was only about 10 items-maybe less-to choose from for their insurance. I have never seen that. Perhaps the 40 minutes upfront could have been 40 minutes at the end making sure their glasses are going to be the perfect fit. Ultimately, this office was the only one who saw toddlers of the 10 or so practices I called.
