I have never had an issue with this particular location. They are always informative, know there products and work with you to make sure that your scheduled appointment works with in your time frame. I would recommend ECP of WNY to anyone that I know.

I would like to comment on this wonderful company, Eye Care professionals. I have been seeing Dr. Crinzi for over 30 years when he was with Health Care Plan. My husband and I followed him to this company and have been very happy there. All of the doctors there are both professional and pleasant. The staff is just as great. I have never had a complaint or negative experience with any of the staff. Both my husband would NEVER go anywhere else and would highly recommend them to anyone and have.
