Waited 3 months for my appointment. On the way to appointment was held up by road being blocked by police with a stop on the overpass. Made me 7 minutes late for my 1st appointment. The receptionist said I would have to reschedule my appointment for August which is 4 more months out. She was not accommodating what so ever. Said because it is my first visit there would be paperwork to fill out, I asked to fill it out now for the future visit it took me 2 minutes to fill out the sheet of paper. There was no one waiting in the waiting room for a visit. The receptionist didn't offer me to fill out the paperwork, I asked to because she used this as the reason I couldn't be seen today. If I was these eye doctors, I would get a new receptionist for sure, she is unfriendly and shouldn't be the first person you meet going in for an appointment. There are other reviews commenting that the office staff is not good also. BEWARE!!!!

Dr. Sherry Audycki was amazing and so wasn’t her staff! My son was young being seen by multiple eye doctors who could never find out his problem with his eyes I was always told there was nothing wrong with his eyes but sherry listened and found the problem referred him to Boston who then did his eye surgery and now he sees her for all his eye appointment and glasses very thankful she took the time to listen and find the problem with my son! Such an amazing doctor!

Love Dr. Sherry Audycki however the office's ability to communicate is horrible. I've never had an optometrist office send out a "you're overdue" message 2 months after I'm due for an exam and then tell me they're booking 3months out making it impossible for me to reorder contacts when needed due to ridiculous state law. A law they never bothered to tell me about as a new contact wearer. Had I been aware of the law I would have been more on top of scheduling my annual exam. Also would've made it much easier if their system sent out automated appt reminders prior to being due rather than sending a "you're overdue" message 2 months after a patient is due. Every office I've been to in the past ALWAYS sent a reminder to schedule 1-2 months prior to me being due for an exam. It's a shame because I really like Dr. Audycki, she's extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly.
