Great customer service; have been using them for years an always good. But recently seems to have gotten even BETTER. Great folks, great selection.

Cannot recommend, as after 2+ months, they were unable to successfully provide a pair of working eyeglasses for my updated prescription (the contacts were fine). I have been wearing eyeglasses for 40 years, and I have never had this issue. In my several interactions with her, the sales associate in the frames department had the warmth of an ice cube.
