The front desk staff is very rude, specifically the lady with the short blonde haircut. They talked about me like I wasn’t there. And then told me that the doctor is no longer here and I should’ve received a phone call (no record of the call). I responded that I can just cancel the appointment and the lady responded “there’s no appointment to cancel I just told you the doctor is no longer here.”

First time, and for me it was a great of experience. I’ve read the prior comments and appreciate that each concern appeared to be addressed. The staff greeted me warmly, discussed out of pocket verses covered costs, and treated me respectfully. The doctor was patient and explained along the way. Based on my experience I will return.

From the very first phone conversation, I was impressed. As I sat waiting for my turn, the front desk was polite and caring with everyone they encountered. When it was my turn, I was impressed with the knowledge and confidence of my technician. The Dr. Washington was patient and explained what was going on with my eyes in great detail. The young lady who assisted me when choosing my frames had a wonderful personality and was exceptionally helpful.
I will be returning and I will recommend this office to anyone. Thank you for the wonderful service!!!
