An overall disappointing experience. The optometrist seemed very eager to get me out of the appointment and dismissive of my questions around changes in my prescription. She did not include any correction for an astigmatism which I've had on my last 2 prescriptions. After using my new glasses for a few months, I'm realizing that it did make a difference and now I have to pay out of pocket for an updated prescription and lenses because I assumed I just needed to "adjust" to my new prescription. Based on the reviews, I expected better, but will look elsewhere for my next eye exam.

Such a professional staff. My optometrist was very knowledgeable and answered all of my concerns. He was thorough and the entire visit amazing from the fronts desk person to the young lady helping me pick out glasses and processing my eye exam prescription. She explained my insurance and what was covered. Again this was an awesome experience. Highly recommended!!
