Everyone working was great. Denae worked with me before the doctor and was awesome. The doctor explained my issues with no rush. Picking my glasses was easy and had plenty to offer at all prices. Thanks y’all!

Only reason I left a star is because I had too! Most trifling business ever! After they declined my initially request of glasses at my appointment and recommended I wear contacts and the only contacts that would work for me were $600 contacts , I told them I didn’t think this was a good idea, they ordered me a trial pair to try them out, I got a sty on my eye, they sent me an email stating I had a $500 balance for contacts I never picked up! Contacted the billing department multiple of times to inform them I never picked contacts up and they sent my account to collections! Contacted the office they stated only way I can get out of collections is to come buy some glasses!!! Will never do business with this company AGAIN!!

Minimal waiting to see the doctor, team of assistants appear to know what each patient needs and gets right to it. Doctor is phenomenal in quickly identifying how your vision has changed and the prescription needed. Large selection of eyeglass frames to choose from at various price points; affordable to high-end designer. Quick availability of new glasses. Customer service for frame selection and fitting is excellent.
