The people that greeted me at the desk were so very pleasant. This continued through the whole visit with a great and accurate eye exam plus training on how to use my contacts correctly. Thank you so much for the excellent experience.

They cancelled my appointment without letting me know! I made the appointment over a year ago and took time out of my busy day to be there on time, when scheduled, only to find out they were too busy for me and not even sure why my appointment was cancelled. I have been a customer here for over 10 years. The same exact thing happened the year before! Two years in a row, cancelled my appointment without letting me know! I have now scheduled an appointment with a new eye doctor.

Absolutely love our experiences with these folks. Very nice. Very informative. Everyone takes the time to make sure you have a well-rounded appointment and that you have the time to choose the frames that you want to buy. There is no pressure for a sale nor to rush you out the door. They receive our highest recommendation and will never go anywhere else!
