I love this eyecare center. The people here feel like family and they have the best customer service. I have been coming here for 7 years and I still am very satisfied with this establishment. The staff is very well trained and personable. They make everyone feel very special. Thank you!

The office is clean and not cramped, and the bathroom is clean Excellent staff. The staff is friendly, and courteous. The wait time is not extensive. Each area of service provides the same consideration and patient interaction along with knowledgeable and friendly patient care. Dr. Holland is professional, knowledgeable. friendly and very concerned about each individual patient’s care and progress. I feel more that the care I receive is not just as part of a process in a doctor’s visit, but more as part of the purpose of a dedicated, medical professional who has chosen to ensure that he does all within his power to sustain the quality of life for anyone that he can by helping them maintain or improve their vision or prevent them from having a loss or decline. I've been going to Better Vision/ Eye Care Center for years and they've always been great. The receptionists there were taking care of an issue with the charge with my insurance and they didn't stop until they fixed it.
