It has been a great seemless experience connecting with Dr. Boyd through the eyecarelive platform. The doctor set the appointment time within minutes after i made the request. He was pleasant to talk to and prescribed me the dry eye medication to my pharmacy. Within an hour, i had relief. Thank you EyecareLive for the great service.

Innovative technology, great support and a desire to grow the telehealth model have all helped in my decision to bring EyecareLive into my practice. I expect it's use to continue to grow as patients accept this virtual mode of resolving some of their healthcare issues.

Great experience overall. Excellent customer service and easy integration of platform during forced pandemic closure in 2020. They continue to innovate and have recently partnered with a leading dry eye product company to drive patients to my practice via virtual visits.

Finding eyecare live was a lifesaver for me. I have been suffering from a watering eye for almost 2 years now. Not having complete medical coverage has left me without being able to see a doctor in office. I saw a doctor through eye Care live by way of video chat. Who was able to help me right away. She got a prescription for me that same day.

The Doctor was really friendly and attentive! And even though our connection kept getting interrupted, she didn’t rush the visit and took all the time I needed to ask questions. I highly recommend this Service!

EyecareLive is a secure telemedicine platform that allows my clinic to offer our patients remote encounters so our office can provide portions of your eye care without the need for an in-office visit. Although this does not replace a comprehensive eye exam, this is a powerful tool to provide access to consultations and eye care from the convenience and comfort of a patient's own home! Patients are pleased and so are we!

I had an incredibly positive experience at this company. For a variety of reasons I needed to renew my contact lens prescription online. I didn't want to change the prescription, just renew it. All other companies refused me because of age but EyecareLive was willing to work with me, knowing that I couldn't come in for an in-person visit due to COVID. The staff were so personally helpful and kind! In this crazy time, your kindness feels particularly good. Thank you!

EyecareLive has been fantastic to work with! The platform is easy to use for both the Doc and the patient. The calendar makes it easy to manage your availability and the alerts by text or email ensure you don't miss any appointments. Could not more highly recommend EyecareLive!
